TSA New Indirect Air Carrier (IAC) Application Process:
Indirect air carriers are persons or entities within the United States, not in possession of an FAA air carrier operating certificate, which undertake to engage indirectly in air transportation of property and uses for all or any part of such transportation the services of an air carrier.
TSA Certified Cargo Screening Programs Applications:
TSA can certify cargo screening entities located throughout the United States to screen cargo prior to providing it to airlines for transport on both passengers and all-cargo aircraft. TSA Certified Cargo Screening Programs are practical supply chain solutions, which provides security while ensuring the flow of commerce.
TSA Indirect Air Carrier Audits:
We provide cargo security compliance audits to Indirect Air Carriers to ensure they are proactively in agreement with the TSA rules and regulations prior to TSA inspections. We will review the entire TSA audit procedures to include a simulated TSA Inspection to prepare employees and their authorized agents on what to expect during a TSA visit.

We provide air cargo security audits to both passenger and all-cargo airlines to ensure they follow the TSA rules and regulations prior to TSA inspections. Worldwide European Union (EU) and UK Independent Validator Services for ACC3, RA3 and KC3 Third Party entities:
We are the only few EU and UK ( Independent Validators located in the United States resulting in saving thousands of dollars in travel expenses to become EU or UK ACC3, RA3, or KC3 in Latin America and the Caribbean as our main territory for such audits. Our Validators are IATA-trained and belong to IATA CEIV (Center of Excellence for Independent Validators). ACC3, RA3 and KC3 entities can send their request to: compliance@worldavsec.com
Compliance with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Annex 17 Standards:
Collaborate with Worldwide Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA) worldwide, as well as with International Cargo Handling Companies, GSAs, and other cargo companies at International Airports, to ensure compliance with Chapter 4, Section 4.6 Measures relating to cargo, mail, and other goods. Ensure appropriate security controls, including screening where practicable, are applied to cargo and mail, prior to their being loaded onto an aircraft engaged in commercial air transport operations.
